About Dr. Palleti

Dr. Sujith Palleti is a board-certified nephrologist and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology, providing comprehensive care for chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, and dialysis across our Georgia locations.

Dr. Palleti completed his nephrology fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois and served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Nephrology at LSU Health Shreveport before joining Kidney Hypertension Clinic. He earned his medical degree in India and completed an internal medicine residency, and he has authored more than 10 peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Palleti cares for patients in English, Hindi, and Telugu, so families across Gwinnett County can talk through a kidney diagnosis, dialysis options, and medications in the language they think in. He sees patients at our Lawrenceville, Duluth, Norcross, Snellville, and Sugar Hill offices.
