About Dr. Shah

Dr. Kirti Shah is the founder and Medical Director of Kidney Hypertension Clinic. Board-certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine, he has dedicated his career to high-quality kidney care, growing the practice into eight locations across Georgia.

After years in private practice, Dr. Shah founded Nephron Corporation to bring high-quality dialysis services to his community, guided by a simple philosophy: “There has to be a need, and I have to be able to provide quality service, not just any service, but high-quality service.”

He is known for treating every patient with the dedication of caring for family, and he still reviews patient-education material for the practice himself.
